For the last show on this leg of the tour, It was great to see John Brown’s Body at the Fox Theatre in Boulder. After an already great night set by the performance of “Katchafire”, it was good to see John Brown’s Body follow up the set and give us a great show. There were some new songs introduced to us this night such as “Searchlight” and “Empty Hands” as well as a wide spread selection across their album repertoire such as “Make It Easy”, “33 RPM” and soon to be classics from the “Amplify” album with “Zion Triad” and “The Gold”. I hear the JBB boys are off to the studio after this performance and I’m looking forward to a new album in the next coming month.
